It’s 100% free, and you’ll automatically be subscribed to receive our emails with exclusive access to our sales, promos and new launches. If you already have an account or are subscribed to our newsletter, you’re already part of the NOO +you loyalty program — simply log in to start earning points!
Our NOO +you program is structured in tiers: the more you interact with us, the more perks you unlock. You earn points with every purchase, and you can also earn points by following us on social media, subscribing to our newsletter, or choosing green packaging / eco-shipping at checkout.
You’ll get access to exclusive perks such as discount codes for future purchases, NOO gifts, free shipping*, and much more.

Account
Not at all! All customers with an active account are automatically enrolled in our loyalty program. If you have multiple accounts, please note that only one loyalty account is created per person.
Head to the NOO +you program page — this is your dashboard to track your points and perks. You’ll also find your history there and can manage your preferences.
No. Points are only awarded for purchases made after your loyalty account has been created. Make sure to sign up before placing an order so you don’t miss out!
Contact our customer service team at hello@noounderwear.fr — they’ll help you merge your point balance to the email of your choice, that you should use as your "Rewards" email moving forward.
Absolutely not! Joining is free, and earning points costs you nothing. Visit the program page to get started.
Earning & redeeming points
Easy! – For gifts: go to the NOO +you program pa, browse all available rewards, and click “Redeem” next to the reward you want. – For discount codes: head straight to your cart! You’ll see a slider showing your points balance. Slide to choose how many points you’d like to use, then click Apply to activate your discount.
Simple math: 20 points = €1
– 200 points = 10€ voucher (50€ min. spend)
– 400 points = 20€ voucher (80€ min. spend)
– 800 points = 40€ voucher (100€ min. spend)
You’ll find these discount codes directly in your cart when you’re checking out.
Every member gets a sign-up bonus. Then, for every euro spent online or in-store, you earn 1 point (excluding partners and the Galeries Lafayette corner).
Beyond purchases, you can earn points by subscribing to the NOO newsletter, following us on Instagram, or choosing green packaging at checkout, for example.

Yes — points can be used in NOO stores in exchange for discount codes (at the 200-, 400- and 800-point tiers) and for gifts (subject to availability).
Please note: points cannot be accumulated or used at the NOO corner at Galeries Lafayette Haussmann.

Nope! You can always earn more points by continuing to interact with NOO.
Yes — points expire after 12 months.
No, free shipping is only available for mainland France.
Returns & rewards
Yes. If you return your entire order, we’ll refund the amount paid after the discount was applied, and the points used for that reward will be credited back to your loyalty account.
If you return an item that earned you points or a status, those points or benefits will be adjusted according to the program rules.
VIP status questions
Your status (Babe, Muse or Icon) is based on the total amount you’ve spent at NOO (online and in-store) over the past 12 months. Reach the required threshold to unlock each tier and enjoy exclusive perks.
Once logged into your loyalty account, the page lists all available statuses (Babe / Muse / Icon). Your current status is displayed at the top.
When your points balance reaches the threshold for a new status, you’ll receive a notification email.
Yes — statuses are reviewed every 12 months.
Using rewards at checkout
If you have rewards such as free shipping or discounts, they’re automatically applied at checkout when you’re logged in.
