NOO X TALM COMPETITION RULES
ORGANIZED BY NOO AND TALM FROM MAY 22 TO 29, 2025
ARTICLE 1: ORGANIZING COMPANIES
The company talm, registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 883 366 411 , and whose head office is located at 11 bis rue Eugene Jumin in Paris 75019. hereinafter “talm” ; and
The company NOO, registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 801 647 793, and whose registered office is located at 10 rue Saint Jacques 13006 Marseille, hereinafter “NOO”
The two companies are collectively referred to as the “Organizing Companies”
The Organizing Companies are organizing a free game with no obligation to purchase, valid from May 22 to 29, 2025, entitled NOO X talm Competition (hereinafter “the Game”), accessible on the Internet from the following address: https://www.noo-paris.com/pages/concours-noo-talm and on talm's Instagram accounts https://www.instagram.com/toallthemamas/ and NOO https://www.instagram.com/noo_paris/ , the terms and conditions of which are described in these rules (hereinafter the “Rules”).

This Game is not managed or sponsored by Instagram, which the Organizing Company releases from all liability.
ARTICLE 2: PARTICIPANTS
The link to the Site will be sent on May 22, 2025 by email to subscribers to the NOO newsletter, on May 22, 2025 by email to subscribers to the talm newsletter, and via the NOO or talm Instagram account on May 25, 2025, and will be accessible to any natural person aged over 18, residing in France (hereinafter the “Participant”).
The Game is not open to staff members (managers, employees, interns, administrators and permanent and occasional employees, whether salaried or not) of the Organizing Companies and their families and spouses.
The Organizing Companies reserve the right to ask any Participant to provide proof of the conditions of participation. Any Participant who does not meet the conditions or refuses to provide proof of them will be excluded from the Game and will not be able to receive a prize under any circumstances.
ARTICLE 3: PRINCIPLE AND TERMS OF THE GAME
To participate in the Game, the Participant must follow the following steps:
- Meet the conditions of the “Participant” definition;
- Complete the form on the Site with the following information: email address; country; date of birth;
- Accept the Regulations without reservation by consulting them on the website;
- Confirm your participation by clicking on “LET'S GO”.

To participate in the Game, the Participant must follow the following steps:
- Meet the conditions of the “Participant” definition;
- Accept the Regulations without reservation by consulting them on the website;
- Have a previous Instagram account in public mode;
- Follow the NOO page on Instagram, at the address indicated above;
- Follow the SEASONLY page on Instagram, at the address indicated above;
- Like and comment on the post announcing the Game, on the Instagram pages of talm and/or NOO;
- Invite two people to participate by tagging them in the comment in question.
Only one application per Participant (same name, same Instagram account) during the entire Competition period is permitted. It is strictly forbidden for the same Participant to participate in the Competition with multiple Instagram accounts, as well as to participate in the Competition using an account opened for the benefit of another person.
Participation on Instagram and on the form on the Site is permitted.
Any incomplete or late participation in the Game will be considered null and void.
Contributions to the Game containing, in particular, but not limited to, the following are prohibited:
- Violating human dignity;
- Of a sexually explicit or suggestive nature, pornographic, erotic or pedophilic;
- Advocating crimes of willful attacks on life, personal integrity and sexual assaults as defined by Book II of the Penal Code (rape, indecent assault, public outrage, outrage against public decency, sexual harassment, etc.);
- Advocating war crimes, crimes against humanity or crimes or offenses of any nature whatsoever;
- Of a discriminatory, hateful or violent nature towards a person or group of people because of their origin, their membership or non-membership, true or supposed, of a specific ethnic group, nation, race, sexual orientation, profession, age group or religion;
- Of a defamatory, insulting, slanderous, racist or xenophobic nature.
ARTICLE 4: DESIGNATION OF WINNERS AND PRIZES
For this Game, two (2) Participants will be drawn at random by the Organizing Companies (hereinafter referred to as “the Winners”).
Starting May 30, 2025, Winners will be selected and notified of their victory by email or private message on Instagram. Prizes will be sent by post to the address specified by the Winners.
The prize consists of a gift card worth €150 talm and a gift card worth €150 to spend on the website or in NOO stores (hereinafter referred to as "the Prizes").
The Prize offered may not be subject to a request for financial compensation, return or marketing. In all cases where the Organizing Companies are unable to deliver the Prize, no compensation will be awarded to the Winner.
The Organizing Companies do not guarantee any message to inform other participants that they have lost.
The Organizing Companies cannot be held responsible in the event that the Winners cannot be contacted by email or private message within the time limits for a reason beyond their control or do not follow the instructions stipulated in the Rules.
For the purpose of awarding the Prizes, the Winners authorize the Organizing Companies to carry out all checks concerning their identity or address.
ARTICLE 5: MODIFICATION OF THE RULES AND RESPONSIBILITY OF THE ORGANIZING COMPANY
The Organizing Companies reserve the right to modify these Rules if necessary, to take any decisions that they may deem useful for the application and interpretation of the Rules, subject to informing the Participants.
ARTICLE 6: PRIVACY - PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with the provisions of Regulation No. 2016/679 known as the General Data Protection Regulation, the personal data collected by the Organizing Companies, for the purpose of managing participations and designating the Winner, will be kept for a period of 3 (three) years. Participants may exercise their right of access, rectification, limitation, opposition and erasure by contacting talm and NOO at the following addresses: hello@talm.co and hello@noounderwear.fr

ARTICLE 7: ACCESS TO THE REGULATIONS

ARTICLE 8: ACCEPTANCE OF THE REGULATIONS
Participation in the Game implies full acceptance of all the provisions of these Rules by the Participant. In the event of a problem relating to the interpretation of the clauses of these Rules, as well as in all cases of unforeseen difficulties, the dispute will be settled by the Organizing Companies.
If one or more provisions of these Regulations are declared null or inapplicable, the other clauses will retain their full force and scope. All cases not provided for in the Regulations will be decided by the Organizing Companies whose decisions will be final.
ARTICLE 9: RESPONSIBILITY
The Organizing Companies cannot be held responsible in the event of a malfunction of the "Internet" network preventing access to the Game or its proper running, in particular in the event of possible external malicious acts, interruptions, network incidents, technical incidents, etc.
The Organizing Companies cannot be held responsible for any errors in the data provided by the Participant. The Organizing Companies invite the Winner to check that the number and address provided are correct and up to date.
The Organizing Companies cannot be held liable for any damage of any nature (personal, physical, material, financial or other) incurred during a player's participation in this game.
ARTICLE 10: APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION
Any dispute arising in connection with this Game will be subject to an attempt at amicable settlement. Failing agreement, the dispute will be subject to French law and the jurisdiction of the Paris Judicial Court.
